Updating your customer file

In order to continue to provide good quality of service, we invite you to update your customer file by contacting your branch or your customer advisor.

Don't take the risk of having your banking transactions blocked.

A system is in place to welcome you while respecting the barrier measures against COVID-19.
Below is the list of updated documents to submit to us :

FOR EMPLOYEES AND NON-EMPLOYEES :
‒ A valid copy of your National ID ;
‒ Proof of income: last pay slip, proof of payment of retirement benefits ;
‒ A certificate of effective presence for civil servants ;
‒ A recent passport-sized photograph ;
‒ Current telephone number + email ;
‒ A student ID card for students ;
‒ Single Identifier Number (to be retrieved from the <link https: impots.cm _blank>taxation website).

FOR NON-RESIDENTS :
‒ Copy of valid passport or residence permit ;
‒ Proof of address at least 03 (three) months (electricity bill, fixed telephone bill, etc.) ;
‒ Proof of resources (last payslip or last tax notice or social security benefits or official proof of other income) ;
‒ 2 passport-sized photographs (2 photographs per person if joint account) ;
‒ Current telephone number + email.

FOR THE ACCOUNTS OF MINORS :
- A copy of the minor's identity document (National ID or birth certificate + the identity document of the guardian or legal representative).

FOR ESTATE ACCOUNTS :
‒ Written copy of judgement ;
‒ Certificate of non-appeal.
